During the past fifteen years of professional photography, I have traveled the country, witnessed and documented countless life events, helped friends launch their dreams, heard and told unforgettable stories, met extraordinary people, and made lifelong friends. My Story
Welcome
I am an optimist and a problem solver. I am a lover of human connection, horses, my family, and exploring new places. I am a former upper-level Eventer, now appreciating the milder but equally rewarding rush of riding my beloved Thoroughbred retired racehorse mare whenever I can. I satisfy my competitive bug by cheering for my 12- and 14-year old children in their many athletic endeavors. My husband, Rodney, and I are forever fixing up our beloved home on 10 acres just outside my hometown of Princeton, alongside two absurd dogs, a cat named Gary, and a bunch of chickens.
My business evolved organically over many years. What started with taking pictures of friends’ horses for sale became horse portraits, family sessions, events, many years of shooting weddings, and now exactly the areas I love most: commercial, editorial, food, horses, and people. Prior to full-time photography I spent twelve years in sales and marketing roles for major Pharma companies in the Animal Health Industry.
I am a huge (like, fanatic) champion of supporting local and small businesses, and much of my commercial work is with local businesses. I love being able to help community partners grow and thrive through a great web, print, and social media presence. My greatest joys in this industry have come from capturing people in their truest element, watching businesses grow, and seeing my images larger than life in magazines and at big events.
